If Employed

  • BIR form 2316 or copy of ITR and 3 months Pay Slip

If OFW

  • Certificate of Employment with Salary and ITR (imigrant)
  • Job Contract (OFW)
  • Photo copy of Passport, plus latest entry and exit stamp pages
  • 2 MRI Application Forms (Notarized or Consularized)
  • Special Power of Attorney (SPA) (Notarized or Consularized)
  • Proof of Remittance

Requirements if I want to purchase a property?

  • Either be a) a Filipino Citizen, b) a natural-born Filipino Citizen who lost his/her Filipino citizenship through naturalization in another country, c) a Filipino by dual-citizenship, or d) a foreign national married to a Filipino Citizen.
  • For individuals classified under b, c or d, he/she may purchase a parcel of land not exceeding one thousand (1,000) square meters in area and for residential purpose only.
  • A foreign national may purchase a house and lot provided the property is under the name of a company registered in the Philippines, but he/she can purchase a condominium unit under his/her name.
  • have the financial ability to make the payment for the property, whether in full or through financing.
  • be at least 18 years of age and able to do acts with legal effects.

No, Foreigners are not allowed to buy property in the Philippines, however if your Spouse is Filipino/Filipina they will be the title holder, (see above)
Yes, You are allowed to buy property, you will need to assign a representative here in the Philippines and supply SPA, duely noterized
Yes, you can assign someone to view a project, however you must provide
details as to show that you are qualified, such as the budget you have available for the said project, we will assist you find suitable property if you budget is insufficient, we will help you find something within your means.

Tripping, Contact Yolly by email or by texting to her SMS(nmbers below) she will arrange a schedule for you or your representative, at least 2 days in advance are needed for arrangement, (see above)


Tripping to a project site is free, no charge to you, only 2 nearby sites allowed, our Driver and tripping allocation is 3 hours per client


Yes, we will help you put it all together from start to finish, firstly we will list all the requirements needed, any docs that you send to us must be valid and autenticated (Notarius Publicus) we will advise you where and how to obtain information you need, all the requirements now in one place, we will submit to the developer, any information that you share with us will only be stored until your business is completed, then removed.


The pictures we show are the ones supplied by the developer, mostly always in the initial stages of development, the developer maintains the right to change facades so as to pass in with arcitectural aspects of the site, you may find instances where other agents have taken Photos of a project, they may be accurate, but do not always show the developers plans for the site, in some cases such as Town Houses, the developer may only construct models as singe or Duplex, thus for viewing purposes only of the interior and exterior.
It is recommended to take a tripping to the site and see the development plan.
